Going to hard reboot the network to upgrade to the latest code which fixes the governance bug.
Was going to do this with the governance Upgrade process so the nodes didn’t have to be stopped but the new node owner has accidentally rebooted his VM, killing his node. So right now it’s easier to just stop Lamden’s node and then bring all 4 nodes back up at the same time. We will do this shortly and the result will be all node are brought back up on the newest software.
